Sealed devices,
honest remedies.

You have fourteen days from delivery to request a return on sealed, unopened items. Email us first so we can issue a return authorisation and the correct address.

Sealed, unopened devices may be returned for a full refund minus the return shipping cost.

Unsealed devices cannot be returned. This is a hygiene rule, not a commercial one, and it is not negotiable.

If a device is faulty on arrival or stops working through no fault of yours within thirty days, we replace it or refund in full — your choice. Send a photo or short clip showing the issue and we will sort it.

Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the returned item. Funds usually appear on your statement within a further three to ten days depending on your bank.
